On Thursday, October 31st, Credera Houston was honored by The Houston Business Journal as a Best Place to Work. Credera’s office was ranked 8th in the medium company category. This is the fourth consecutive year that Credera has received this distinguished honor.
The Best Places to Work program highlights organizations in the Houston community that rank high in 10 core areas of employee engagement: teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with coworkers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, job satisfaction, and benefits.
“We are grateful to be recognized by our team at Credera as one of the Best Places to Work in Houston,” said Sandra Beno, Vice President and Partner, Credera. “Culture is a key aspect to the employee and customer experience at Credera, and as I considered joining, I was struck by the consistent and genuine appreciation for people’s lives, both personal and professional. It was expressed and shared across every level of the organization. When exploring what made this culture so appealing, the pattern that emerged was the time, care and effort that people pour into one another, into their client relationships, and into delivering excellent work. Credera is intentional about relationships because people matter.”
To be nominated, an organization must have at least 10 employees in the Houston Metro area. Employees of all nominated organizations complete an anonymous, confidential survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. Employees are asked to evaluate their companies in specific categories and to respond honestly to open-ended questions. Based on survey results, companies receive scores up to 100 from Quantum. This year, Credera scored a 92.79 based on employee feedback.
More on the top companies can be found in The Houston Business Journal’s November 1 special publication, available to HBJ print and digital subscribers.
