For the first time, Fortune names Credera one of the 150 Best Small and Medium-Sized Companies to Work For. This award comes in addition to the firm’s recognition as a Fortune 100 Best Workplace for Millennials and certification as a Great Place to Work.
Fortune says, “What makes a job meaningful depends on a few key qualities: a sense of mission; trust (from managers) and autonomy (for workers); and a culture of teamwork and communication.”
In order to qualify for this recognition, Credera participated in a company-wide employee satisfaction survey. According the survey, ninety-nine percent of employees rate the company as having great communication and 96% say the workplace is great. Credera ranks #53 among the 100 Best Medium Workplaces. Rankings are based on data from over 52,000 employees at Great Place to Work-certified companies. Winning a spot on the list means employees across the entire organization, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, job role, or other characteristic, experience the company as a great place to work. Fortune notes the revenue growth at companies on the list averaged three times that of those surveyed but not on the list.
With only four other companies ranked in Dallas, Credera lines up as #2 Best Medium Workplace in Dallas and #4 Best Medium Workplace out of the 14 who made the list in Texas.
