Like many of the leaders at Credera, Vice President and Partner Kevin Erickson has a deep passion for investing in others, both within our firm and in his daily life. He gets excited about creating opportunities for the next generation of emerging leaders to shine. Kevin is the kind of leader who is genuinely interested in getting to know those around him and identifying teaching opportunities to cultivate leadership skills in others. At the end of the day, Kevin’s goal is to simply make sure those he is developing and pouring into feel supported and known.
“My role as a leader, whether it be within the practice or with a client, is to try to understand what’s going on in the life of our people and be able—to the best of our ability— to create positive experiences for them,” says Kevin Erickson.
“It’s important to let people know that they’re not alone in this and have support and someone they can talk to,” says Cristina Niver, a Credera Senior Manager and one of the many people Kevin has supported throughout their career journey. “If there is something they’re going through at home—that does impact work, and we’re still here to support you and find ways to make it work wherever you are in life.”
