Matt DiBona is a Partner in Credera’s Management Consulting practice and is a leader in Credera’s MarTech and Commerce Service Area. Matt has over 20 years of experience in MarTech, analytics and customer segmentation, content management, and digital transformation within the wholesale distribution, retail and restaurant, construction, and field service industries.
At Credera, Matt has led the assessments and strategy development for several clients’ MarTech transformations, and is currently leading the implementation of a customer data platform and customer engagement platform for a large global restaurant brand.
Prior to Credera, he led software selections, solution strategy development, and packaged system implementations for several large restaurant and construction and industrial companies in the areas of enterprise content management and retail technology. He also previously led the strategy, design, and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions to support sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and franchise development.
Matt graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
