Lu joined Credera as a Partner in 2020 and is the Seattle Market Lead. Lu's primary focus is leading complex technology solutions for strategic clients and building executive partnerships to deliver extraordinary value and experience. Lu brings 20 years of successful consulting and operations experience to Credera, leading large-scale and highly distributed software development organizations across a variety of digital and technology platforms in the Transportation, Logistics, Hospitality, and Financial industries. Before joining Credera, Lu was a senior leader focused on digital strategy and engineering solutions for Fortune 500 companies in the US, LATAM, and EMEA. 

He also has a passion for people and organizational development, with experience building highly effective, collaborative leaders and teams with a strong culture of trust, diversity, and growth. Lu not only puts these passions to work for the benefit of the client, but also for his fellow Credera family as the Officer-in-Charge of CredColor, the employee resource group committed to fostering an environment of inclusivity and growth acceleration for people of color, and drive awareness and change across Credera and within local communities.

Lu graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, and is active at events for alumni development and Price College of Business career mentorship. Outside of the office, he has enjoyed volunteering at a homeless center in Seattle, WA, and as an ESL instructor at his church in Dallas, TX. He also has many hobbies, among which are: travel, reading, music, Formula 1 racing, Sooners and Seahawks football, and spending time with his goldendoodle, Penny.
