Kathy serves as Credera's Global Chief Operating Officer, where she enables business growth by creating operations that are streamlined and efficient. She works to ensure Credera functions as one global firm, making certain teams have the tools and support they need to grow and expand.

Kathy also serves as Chief Operating Officer for Omnicom Precision Marketing. In this role, she supports all teams inside OPM as they grow and scale, while driving the change and product agenda forward.

Before joining OPM in 2023, Kathy spent three decades at Accenture, gaining experience across many industries and businesses. Her last 15 years were spent at Accenture Song, where she managed the integrations of all acquisitions globally and helped the organization understand new cultures and ways of working. She also created a new system and support business for all acquired Advertising and Creative Agencies inside Accenture, a multi-million dollar initiative over five years that enabled growth and scale across the globe.

Kathy lives in Charlotte with her husband and their dog. Their three children are living their best lives in their chosen fields of Physical Therapy, Nursing, and Marketing/Data Analytics. She loves spending time reading, traveling, and playing golf and pickleball.
