Cristina Niver is the global Transformation Lead for Credera, based in the Dallas office. She is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of our global transformation program, working closely with leadership groups to align initiatives to the firm’s priorities. 

Prior to this role, Cristina was the Management Consulting Practice Lead for the U.S., where she focused on leading the team through people development, operations, and service offerings support. She joined the firm as a senior consultant in 2012, and throughout her consulting career, Cristina worked across multiple industries including healthcare, consumer goods, retail, chemical, and communications.  

Cristina brings over 15 years of consulting experience in program and project leadership, requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, and process re-engineering. Prior to joining Credera, Cristina was a consultant at Deloitte. She also spent time as an educator in the Dallas-Fort Worth area teaching high school algebra and geometry with Teach for America.  

Cristina graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor of business administration in finance and as a Mays Business School Fellow. She also served on The Ursuline Academy of Dallas Alumnae Board and is involved in her daughters’ elementary school Home and School Association. Cristina loves to spend time with her husband, Nick, and three daughters, Carla, Nora, and Lucia.
