Chris Dean is the global Consulting CEO at Credera. He is responsible for guiding and executing Credera’s strategic vision through the global Consulting business unit, which includes the global practices of Management Consulting, Technology Solutions, Experience Design, and industry-specific services.

Previous to this role, Chris joined DMW Group as a senior consultant in the Management Consulting practice in 1989 and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 1994. When the firm was acquired by Credera in 2020, he became the CEO of Credera UK based in our London office. He has over 35 years of consulting experience having worked in a variety of industry sectors including oil and gas, financial services, government, and retail. The focus of his work has been program and project leadership and digital transformation. He advises a number of client boards on digital transformation. Prior to joining the firm, Chris worked at Accenture.

Chris graduated with a master’s degree from Oxford University in engineering science. Outside of the office, Chris loves to cycle, read, play musical instruments, and spend time with his wife, Nicky, and his grown-up children, Sarah, Cathy, and Adam.
