Chesshire (Chessy) is the global Chief Experience Officer at Credera. She is a member of the Strategic Growth Leadership Team, which drives Credera’s global growth by activating emerging trends and new client opportunities. She focuses on constructing and managing processes that bridge business goals with users' objectives. 

Chessy transitioned from her position as global Chief Experience Officer at TA Digital, where she led her team to integrate strategy, content, experience, and development to deliver ongoing, seamless customer engagement. She first joined TA Digital as the Global Strategy and Experience Lead in 2018. 

Chessy graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a master’s degree in human computer interaction and has been an enthusiastic advocate for meaningful user experiences over her two-decade career. Her professional background includes user experience, content strategy, persona- and journey-based experience modeling, and management of technology. She also has extensive expertise in user-centered research, usability testing and analysis, and managing cross-channel and digital strategies. 

Chessy has been responsible for delivering conceptual and tactical solutions to a range of clients that cover verticals as diverse as travel and hospitality, nonprofit, retail, telecommunications, healthcare, banking, insurance, agriculture, and ecommerce.
