Credera, a Microsoft Gold Certified partner, recently participated in Microsoft's Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Index program. This program is available to Certified and Gold Certified partners. In order to provide the highest quality and unbiased results, this initiative is lead and conducted by TNS, a global market research organization.
TNS solicited responses from Credera's entire Microsoft Solutions customer base. Credera achieved overall CSAT results which place them in the top 25% of all global Gold partners. Detailed results included a customer loyalty index of 90%, with the remaining 10% classified as moral supporters and zero responses falling into the non loyal categories. 87% of Credera's customers were very satisfied (highest possible rating) with their services, 13% were somewhat satisfied, and no customers were somewhat dissatisfied or very dissatisfied.
