Rob Borrego – President and CEO
Rob is the President and CEO of Credera. He is responsible for the leadership and growth of Credera including business development, recruiting and staff development, financial performance and overall operations of the firm. When Rob was asked to lead Credera in 2004, he wanted to take the firm to the next level and work with people who were not only great at what they do, but were also great people he would enjoy spending time with outside the office.

Rob has over 25 years of experience in management and technology consulting in a variety of industries with an emphasis on energy/utility, retail and consumer packaged goods. He has served some of the largest and most influential corporations in the world in areas that include business strategy, business transformation, strategic technology planning and large scale information systems development and implementation.

Rob is an avid fan of the University of Texas where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. Today, he enjoys time with his wife and four children, and is an active member of the North Texas YPO Chapter and Watermark Community Church in Dallas.

Matt Levy – Managing Director
Matt is one of the founders of Credera and currently serves as Managing Director and Board Member. In March of 1999, when Matt helped start Credera, he dreamed of working with a group of leaders he both admired and respected. Matt focuses on retail and hospitality organizations, as well as, entrepreneurial organizations considering their next major growth step. Matt leads Credera’s marketing efforts and spends significant time investing in the growth of the business. Matt graduated from Texas Tech University in 1996, and is an active member of the Lone Star YPO chapter and Watermark Community Church in Dallas.

David Dobat - Vice President
David is a Vice President in Credera’s Management Consulting Practice and serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. After spending time with larger firms, he was ready to work with a group of people focused on excellence while making a positive difference in the lives of others. David enjoys leading talented teams as they solve clients’ tough business/technology challenges and capitalize on major business opportunities. Twenty-five years of management consulting and technology experience across a wide range of industries helps him bring valuable insight to both Credera professionals and clients. He graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He enjoys time with his wife and daughter, and is an active member of Bent Tree Bible Fellowship Church in Carrollton, Texas.

Justin Bell - Vice President
Justin joined Credera in 2004 as a Manager and is now a Vice President, responsible for business development and leadership of many of our client relationships. When Justin joined Credera he was looking for an opportunity to lead and make a major contribution, utilize his technology skills and experience to help clients solve business problems, and to work with the best and brightest employees and clients. And, Justin wanted to do all that in a company that values being great at work and great at the rest of your life. Justin found these things at Credera.

Justin has more than 12 years of consulting and technology experience in retail, transportation and hospitality industries, as well as, mobile and eCommerce solutions. Justin enjoys opportunities to speak at industry events on topics like Agile development, eCommerce and mobile. Justin is also a regular guest lecturer at the University of Texas and Oklahoma State University. Justin is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

Trent Sutton - Vice President
Trent joined Credera in 2007 to start and run the firm’s Microsoft Solutions practice. Trent enjoys working with many of the brightest minds in this space. He was drawn to Credera by its unique combination of entrepreneurial spirit and top-quality, mature processes. Trent’s primary responsibilities include general management of the Microsoft Solutions practice, business development, client relationship management and investing time in the future leaders of the firm.

Prior to joining Credera, Trent served as Regional Director for ePartners where he built the Technology Solutions practice for the central and western regions. Trent has also held Management and Senior Consulting positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, MIT Consulting and Aztec Systems. Trent’s passions outside of the office include his wife and two children, participating in triathlons and following the Texas Longhorns. Trent graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Scott Covington - Vice President
Scott joined Credera in May 2012 as Vice President in Credera's Management Consulting Practice focusing on strategy. For several years prior to joining, Scott collaborated with Credera, leading a strategic program with one of America's industry-leading companies. He began his consulting career 18 years ago and brings experience in corporate strategy, transformational change, organization design and development, customer relationship management, sales and marketing strategy, business intelligence, software development, IT strategy, and program management.

Scott is a graduate of Texas A&M University, and completed the Finance and Accounting executive education program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. His special business interest is the psychology of the diffusion and adoption of innovations and exploring how people adopt and share new ideas and technologies. Scott enjoys lawn mowing, fly fishing, SCUBA diving, flying airplanes and time in the mountains with his family. Scott is a member of New St. Peters Presbyterian Church.

Andrew Warden - Vice President
Andrew joined Credera in 2007 as a Senior Manager and is now Vice President, responsible for the firm's Management Consulting Practice. When he joined Credera, Andrew was looking for an opportunity to work for an organization committed to making leaders – of each other, our teams and our clients. He wanted to find an organization that values servant leadership and the opportunity to utilize the full breadth of strategic services and technology solutions - and he found it in Credera.

Andrew has more than 18 years of management and technology consulting experience, with a focus on business process redesign, business and IT strategy and program/project leadership. He has worked with Fortune 500 and mid-market clients across numerous industries including retail, tradeshow, oil & gas, chemical, consumer products, pharmaceutical and industrial waste services. Prior to joining Credera, Andrew worked at Accenture as a Senior Manager and at Safety-Kleen Systems as a Director of Finance. He received his BBA in Finance and International Business from Baylor University.

Pete Gekas - Vice President
Pete joined Credera in 2013 as Vice President in Credera's Open Technology Solutions Practice. He brings more than 20 years of consulting experience, including strategic technology planning, solution architecture and design, custom application development, and enterprise technology integration. Pete's commitment to mentorship and people development is a great addition to the Credera team. Prior to joining Credera, Pete spent 12 years at Hitachi Consulting where he was a Vice President. Earlier in his career he also worked with Tactica Technology Group and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Pete is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four beautiful daughters, coaching youth soccer, cheering for the Lady Jags volleyball team, and being a “Dance Dad”. Pete and his family attend RockPointe Church in Flower Mound.

Board Members and Advisors

Kyle Kaigler - External Board Member
Kyle is one of the founding Trustees and the Pastor of Family Ministries at Watermark Community Church in Dallas. Kyle grew up in Dallas and attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma on a baseball scholarship. He worked in the employee benefits business for five years before going into full-time ministry with Young Life in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas. After nine years with Young Life, Kyle and his family (with seven other families) started Watermark Community Church and joined their staff shortly thereafter as the Pastor of Community. In July of 2002, Kyle moved into the Family Ministries area where he currently oversees the children's, student and married ministries at Watermark. His current mission is to train parents to raise the next generation of courageous Christian leaders. He is married and has twin daughters. Kyle has served as a trusted advisor and friend to Credera and its partners since 2004.

Erik T. Bahr - External Board Member
Erik currently serves as a Client Partner in the Global Marketing Solutions division at Facebook. Since joining the company in early 2008, he has consulted with companies such as Southwest Airlines, AT&T and Anheuser-Busch InBev to help direct their digital marketing strategy, creative development and executions. With over 17 years of digital marketing experience, Erik also spent 10 years at Yahoo! aiding a variety of clients with their advertising efforts with both direct client responsibilities and in sales management. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University where he received a bachelor’s degree and was a multi-year letterman in football. Erik lives in Dallas with his wife and two sons. Erik has served as a trusted advisor and friend to Credera and its partners since 2010.

Jon Feld – Advisory Board Member
Jon is an accomplished entrepreneur, business builder, team leader, strategist and consultant. He is recognized and respected by his colleagues and clients as excellent at assessing business dynamics, seeing opportunities, creating a vision for change and growth, and building and leading a team to collaborate and achieve exceptional results together. Jon is currently the Founder and CEO of nGame - a software start-up focused on using insights gathered from social media data to augment the Customer Intelligence and CRM capabilities of B2C companies.

In 1991, Jon founded Navigator Systems, a Business Intelligence and Enterprise Collaboration consulting firm. For 15 years, as CEO, he led a team of world-class professionals in building a business that was remarkably successful across all aspects. Navigator was sold to Hitachi Consulting in 2006. After driving the successful integration of the two companies, helping find great career opportunities for people and driving dramatic growth in the practice, Jon left Hitachi Consulting to pursue his next entrepreneurial venture. In 2009, Jon funded and co-founded Tech Wildcatters, a mentor-driven seed-stage accelerator that has already invested in and helped 25 exciting technology start-ups in Dallas/Fort Worth. Jon lives in Dallas with his wife, son, and daughter. He is active in organizing and coaching youth sports for his kids.
