Rob is the President and CEO of Credera. He’s responsible for the leadership and growth of Credera including business development, recruiting and staff development, financial performance and overall operations of the firm. When Rob was asked to lead Credera in 2004, he wanted to take the firm to the next level and work with people who were not only great at what they do, but were also people he would enjoy spending time with outside the office.
Rob has over 23 years of experience in management and technology consulting in a variety of industries with an emphasis on energy/utility, retail and consumer packaged goods. He has served some of the largest and most influential corporations in the world in areas that include business strategy, business transformation, strategic technology planning and large scale information systems development and implementation.
Rob is an avid fan of the University of Texas where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. Today, he enjoys time with his wife and four children and is an active member of the North Texas YPO Chapter and Watermark Community Church in Dallas.

Matt is one of the founders of Credera and currently serves as Managing Director and Board Member. In March of 1999 when Matt helped start Credera, he dreamed of working with a group of leaders he both admired and respected. Matt focuses on retail and hospitality organizations as well as entrepreneurial organizations considering their next major growth step. Matt leads Credera’s marketing efforts and spends significant time investing in the growth of the business. Matt graduated from Texas Tech University in 1996 and is an active member of the Lone Star YPO chapter and Watermark Community Church in Dallas.

David is a Vice President in Credera’s Management Consulting Practice and serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. After spending time with larger firms, he was ready to work with a group of people focused on excellence while making a positive difference in the lives of others. David enjoys leading talented teams as they solve clients’ tough business/technology challenges and capitalize on major business opportunities. Twenty-five years of management consulting and technology experience across a wide range of industries helps him bring valuable insight to both Credera professionals and clients. He graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He enjoys time with his wife and daughter and is an active member of Bent Tree Bible Fellowship Church in Carrollton, Texas.

Justin joined Credera in 2004 as a Manager and is now a Vice President, responsible for business development and leadership of many of our client relationships. When Justin joined Credera he was looking for an opportunity to lead and make a major contribution, utilize his technology skills and experience to help clients solve business problems, and to work with the best and brightest employees and clients. And Justin wanted to do all that in a company that values being great at work and great at the rest of your life. Justin found these things at Credera.
Justin has more than 12 years of consulting and technology experience in retail, transportation and hospitality industries, as well as mobile and eCommerce solutions. Justin enjoys opportunities to speak at industry events on topics like Agile development, eCommerce and mobile. Justin is also a regular guest lecturer at the University of Texas and Oklahoma State University. Justin graduated from Oklahoma State University.

Trent joined Credera in 2007 to start and run the firm’s Microsoft Solutions practice. Trent enjoys working with many of the brightest minds in this space. He was drawn to Credera by its unique combination of entrepreneurial spirit and top-quality, mature processes. Trent’s primary responsibilities include general management of the Microsoft Solutions practice, business development, client relationship management and investing time in the future leaders of the firm.
Prior to joining Credera, Trent served as Regional Director for ePartners where he built the Technology Solutions practice for the central and western regions. Trent has also held Management and Senior Consulting positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, MIT Consulting and Aztec Systems. Trent’s passions outside of the office include his wife and two children, participating in triathlons and following the Texas Longhorns. Trent graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

External Directors and Advisors
Kyle Kaigler
Kyle is one of the founding Trustees and the Pastor of Family Ministries at Watermark Community Church in Dallas. Kyle grew up in Dallas and attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Okla., on a baseball scholarship. He worked in the employee benefits business for five years before going into full time ministry with Young Life in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas. After nine years with Young Life, Kyle and his family (with seven other families) started Watermark Community Church and he joined their staff shortly thereafter as the pastor of community. In July of 2002 Kyle moved into the Family Ministries area where he currently oversees the children's, student and married ministries at Watermark. His current mission is to train parents to raise the next generation of courageous Christian leaders. He’s married and has twin daughters. Kyle has served as a trusted advisor and friend to Credera and its partners since 2004.
Erik T. Bahr
Erik currently serves as a Client Partner in the Global Marketing Solutions division at Facebook. Since joining the company in early 2008, he has consulted with companies such as Southwest Airlines, AT&T and Anheuser-Busch InBev to help direct their digital marketing strategy, creative development and executions. With over 17 years of digital marketing experience, Erik also spent 10 years at Yahoo! aiding a variety of clients with their advertising efforts with both direct client responsibilities and in sales management. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University where he received a bachelor’s degree and was a multi-year letterman in football. Erik lives in Dallas with his wife and two sons. Erik has served as a trusted advisor and friend to Credera and its partners since 2010.
Steve Foster – Advisory Board Member
Steve’s 28 years of unique and diversified executive and operational leadership experience combines enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance expertise, and expert knowledge regarding convergence of security and technology, as well as top level consulting, investigations and training in EEO/Internal Controls related to employee misconduct. Mr. Foster’s expertise is rooted in developing integrated SaaS technology solutions in the Governance, Risk and Compliance space. Steve frequently lectures across the country on the topics related to risk management, ethics and corporate compliance, conducting ethical and legal workplace investigations, fraud, workplace violence, and the convergence of technology and security. He is a recognized Federal Court Expert Witness in the areas of Security Assessment, Analysis and Implementation of systems and process regarding employee misconduct.
