Situation

An Oklahoma-based market leader in the manufacturing and distribution of trenching equipment was running all key business functions on custom developed mainframe applications that were no longer addressing business needs or opportunities for planned future growth. In order to position the business for efficient future expansion, we deployed a Business System Software Selection initiative in order to renew all major business functions and to select an appropriate ERP software vendor.
