Matt is a Managing Director with Credera. Prior to co-founding Credera in 1999, Matt helped lead the sales and marketing efforts of a boutique consulting firm.

Matt has more than 10 years of management and technology consulting experience in a variety of industries - with special emphasis in retail and hospitality. Matt has helped several well- known global brands with business strategy, business transformation, organizational effectiveness, e-Commerce strategy, strategic technology planning, and large-scale information systems development and implementation. Matt specializes in Business and IT Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness, and Technology Solutions. He formerly served as an advisory board member in the United States General Services Administration’s e-Tools committee.
